• Source trust level (1–5 × 6)≤30
• Corroboration by other sources (8 pts each)≤25
• Significance signals: launch, regulation, record, billions… (10 pts each)≤30

Stories with sensitive content (allegations, lawsuits, victims) are never auto-published — they wait for the publisher's decision.
